UK-manufactured airsoft BFG. Blank cartridges not exceeding one inch in diameter are exempt from the firearms certification procedure under current Home Office guidance, but individual airsoft sites may impose stricter calibre, noise and deployment rules.

Research notes

Pulse Armaments explicitly markets the C1 as a 2-second delay airsoft grenade. The product is compatible with B1 blank holders, and the manufacturer's .209 Tri-shot accessory is explicitly compatible with both B1 and C1 devices. The C1 remains listed by the manufacturer; an out-of-stock state alone does not establish discontinuation. Audit 2026-10-14: Exact manufacturer C1 page publishes 125 mm height and 45 mm diameter, now filled. Fixed 2 s delay, polymer body/aluminium pressure components and B1-holder compatibility confirmed. Standard configuration stays single-shot; the official optional .209 Tri-shot accepts three blanks. No published mass found. Sources: https://www.pulsearmaments.com/product-page/c1-2-second ; https://www.pulsearmaments.com/product-page/209-tri-shot Audit scope: technical specifications and source suitability; existing prices and legal commentary were not re-verified. Unfilled numeric 0 means unknown, except impact delay 0 denotes immediate activation.
