This policy explains how Airsoft DB uses cookies, browser local storage and similar storage technologies on airsoft-db.co.uk.
Our current approach
Airsoft DB does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising technology, and our present public pages do not load Google Analytics or another audience-measurement platform.
We use limited browser storage for essential site functions and, if you allow it, to remember convenience preferences. Non-essential preference storage is not used until you make a choice.

Essential storage
Storage that is necessary to provide a feature you request, keep the site secure, or remember your consent choice does not require optional consent. We keep this use limited to the relevant purpose.
Preference storage
Preference storage is used to remember choices such as dark mode between visits. You can allow or refuse this from the first-layer notice, and you can change your decision at any time using the Cookie settings control in the footer.
If preference storage is refused, you can still switch display mode during your current page session, but the site will not retain that choice for a later visit.
No advertising or analytics storage at present
At the date above, Airsoft DB does not set advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking cookies and does not load a public analytics platform. If that changes, we will update this policy and obtain any consent required before non-exempt technology is used.
External resources
Cookies and storage are not the only privacy-relevant web technologies. Airsoft DB currently loads Open Sans from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google for font resources. More information is provided in our Privacy Policy.
Changing your choice
Use the Cookie settings button in the site footer at any time. Withdrawing preference consent removes the optional theme preference stored by Airsoft DB. You can also clear site data through your browser settings.
Changes to this policy
We review storage use when site features or third-party services change. Material changes may cause the consent notice to be shown again so you can make a fresh choice.
