Overview

The StratAIM Tremor is a compact reusable impact BFG built from aluminium alloy. It supports several blank formats through interchangeable bases/adapters and has a twist-operated safe/armed body rather than a conventional removable safety pin. The Tremor has current UK retailer presence and provides a useful modern alternative to the established British impact-BFG designs.

UK site notes

Current UK retailer listings warn that BFGs are heavy and venue deployment rules vary. Not every supported blank type will be permitted at every UK site.

Research notes

StratAIM continues to list the Tremor BFG on its current product site in 2026, although it is presently sold out. Airsoft DB treats sold-out status as temporary availability rather than manufacturer discontinuation, so the model remains current. Audit 2026-10-14: Patrol Base explicitly labels approx. 0.275 kg and 10.3 x 4 x 4 cm product dimensions, supporting 275 g, 103 mm overall length and 40 mm width. These are approximate values. Manufacturer retains Tremor and optional blank adapters. Existing site-specific/calibre cautions retained; availability is separate from discontinuation. Sources: https://www.patrolbase.co.uk/strataim-tremor-bfg-training-grenade ; https://strataim.com/products/tremor Audit scope: technical specifications and source suitability; existing prices and legal commentary were not re-verified. Unfilled numeric 0 means unknown, except impact delay 0 denotes immediate activation.
